We recently stopped by Taqueria Emanuel Food Truck and tried the tacos for ourselves, and it did not take long to see why this spot is getting attention. We kept it simple and ordered tacos, and they delivered exactly what you want from a good street taco plate. The tacos came loaded with chopped meat, fresh onion, and cilantro on soft corn tortillas, with cucumber, radish, and a green sauce on the side. Everything looked fresh right out of the box, and more importantly, it tasted that way too.
