The décor and atmosphere are very well done. Using the older building’s charm and adding modern touches it’s a good place to sit and eat or grab on the go. It has a garage door that can be opened on nice days and great original sky lights in the ceiling. You can step inside and order any of their house sandwiches, salads, wraps, such as the Noble or Courthouse, or you can build your own. I immediately noticed the Roast Beef option on the build your own, so I got to work. “Let’s go Large (shocker) with swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, brown mustard, chips and a coke please.” Many moons ago, I used to live in Birmingham next door to a Deli (we will not name) and since that time; I have never found another that made a Roast Beef Sandwich with the amount of Delicious Roast Beef they used…until now! This was a lot of roast beef on a toasted sub bun. This Swiss Cheese was melted over the roast beef perfectly. I absolutely clobbered this Sandwich, and it was no easy task.

My lunch companion had their Courthouse which is roast beef, turkey, ham, cheese, mayo and honey mustard and she gave high remarks. I certainly had a full bellie after taking out the large, but I was not sluggish.

The name Full Bellie Deli is great, the food is great, the staff is very friendly, and they know how to make a sub! I am going to try out their breakfast very soon. Hopefully we can report back. In the meantime, INSIGHT would like to recommend this new Mom and Pop local jewel now in Anniston. Go show them some support. You won’t regret it.
