Anniston’s Restaurant Week brought out some of the best flavors from local favorites. From Thai curries to Southern comfort plates and game-day wings, here’s a look back at the meals that had us coming back for more.

Tass Thai Cuisine & Boba Tea

We started the week with Tass Thai’s Chicken Green Curry — creamy coconut, tender chicken, and just enough spice to keep it interesting. Paired with a Thai Tea, it was a sweet and refreshing kickoff to the week.

Full Bellie Deli

Next up was Full Bellie Deli, where the French Dip stole the show. Piled-high roast beef on a toasted roll, dipped into that rich, savory au jus — it was the kind of comfort food that keeps you coming back.

Coldwater Mountain Brewpub

Coldwater’s Smothered Cajun Chicken set the bar high. Blackened chicken smothered in Creole cream sauce, topped with melted cheese, served with grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes. And we couldn’t leave without the Strawberry Oreo Cheesecake — the sweet finish to a perfect meal.

Lulu’s Place

Lulu’s brought the coastal flavors with a Fried Shrimp Po’ Boy, golden shrimp tucked into a soft roll with all the fixings. The Strawberry Field Salad on the side kept things fresh and balanced.

HMC 15th Café

Friendly staff and hearty portions made HMC 15th Café a highlight. Their Loaded Cobb Salad with chicken came packed with toppings, served in a to-go container perfect for mixing up the dressing. The parfait dessert had us asking for the recipe — though they playfully told us we’d have to come back for more.

Rack & Roll Billiards

To wrap things up, nothing says game day like wings. Rack & Roll’s Restaurant Week special — 20 wings for $19.99 — hit the spot while Auburn and Alabama took the field. We split lemon pepper and mild, paired with a large side of fries, making it the ultimate football weekend meal.

Restaurant Week gave us the chance to celebrate the variety and flavor right here in Calhoun County. Whether you’re craving bold Thai spice, Cajun comfort, fresh salads, or wings for game day, Anniston’s local restaurants showed why they’re worth the visit year-round.
